You would have received your control panel master logins when you purchased our services. You will use this master password to access the server to see what’s happening, as well as to reset your mailbox password.

Reach out to Shalen shalen@websitedesign.co.za right now for your master password. Ensure you keep it in a safe place. Do not store it on a device or on email.
