We have our own exclusive suppliers, as well as servers, our team manages admin and Client care, while our technical services are outsourced to our own preferred 3rd party supplier. Datacenter
- RAID server setup for faster performance and reliability
- Internal and external surveillance system with security fence and 24 hour security presence on sight
- Fire prevention systems installed
- UPS’s and separate generators for power outages
- Servers located in Cape Town and Germany
Rollback Backups
- Daily backups are done early morning
- This allows you to restore as far back as two weeks
- Mail logs, FTPS and web servers are stored up to 60 days
Virus Protection (Server Installed)
- Linux based server with Clam Anti-virus
- Servers scanned daily
- Mail anti-virus (inbound and outbound emails)
- Fail2ban software (blocks malicious IP’s and prevents brute force attacks)
- Web application firewalls
Background Technical Support Team (Hardware Supplier)
- There is a dedicated team monitoring network for abuse and/or compromised websites
- Swift response times
