Most people will suffer a website and mailbox hack within their first few months of operations. The most common reason for this is an intrusion via a device and not the server.  We can discuss ways to add extra protection to your website, mailboxes and devices in another newsletter, but today we want to share what can be done to repair the damage.

We are the E-DEFIBRILLATORS

STEP 1

is Assessment. The cost for this is from R330 + vat.

If the damage is simple, we repair it right there and then.

Remember, we are able to do this remotely so you don’t need to get in a car to come see us. 

STEP 2

is a Repair Service, and this is needed if we find ‘technical gremlins’ and they need to be ushered out of your website files and their damage repaired.

This fee is from around R1280 + vat and is not refundable should the recovery fail.

For complex issues and larger websites, or multiple mailboxes, we will need to prepare a quote after our assessment. It is also important to know that some damages can be beyond repair and that is why we recommend back up services. Here is an excellent link to learn more!
