Return & Refund Policy
This information pertains to Googles criteria for online shops.
1. PRE-NOTE.
- Please read this document carefully and fully. If you are unhappy with any of the contents, please do not proceed with the purchase. If you have questions, please send them to support@websitehosting.co.za for a quick reply. We are very happy to answer any questions you might have.
2. RETURNING OF GOODS.
- Our company trades in a service. Not a product. There is no physical item to return should either customer cancel an order or service. Therefore, unwanted items, warranties, exchanges, return window, product condition cannot apply to this purchase.
- Our office is a supplier of website design and website hosting. Once paid, the item belongs to the client and is for their full care and attention.
- No goods are physically posted or handed over in person.
3. REFUNDING OF GOODS.
- In addition to notes in point 2 of this page: Should a customer or our office cancel a service, a refund will not apply as payment is only processed for services used and in line with the terms of service agreement and quote. Once payment has been made, no refunds can be made.
